Progress

Lincoln has made incredible progress in the last week since his surgery. He is amazing us with his strength. He looks so great a week out from his surgery. He had some complications the first few days- an arterial line that turned his foot blue for a few days, but that has almost entirely corrected itself. His blood clotting issue does not seem to alarm the doctors too much,(it still worries me though) and he was on the respirator for a few days, and now he breathes completely on his own with no oxygen at all. His incision has healed so nicely and his belly tube is out. I mean PROGRESS with a capital P!

This little dude is TOUGH! We are so proud of him, and are soooooo grateful for all the prayers and fasts in our behalf. There have been so many people praying for him that there is no way he could not get better, if it is the Lord's will of course! Check out these pics- isn't he amazing? The nurses made him a sign- calling him the "PICU STAR!" I agree. He is our little star!

The smallest teddy bear that was Dave's when he was a baby makes Lincoln look like a dwarf! Couldn't quite get the teddy in the picture!

This is his dreaming face with his little doggy watching over him!

Isn't he the sweetest?

Mommy and Daddy and our little!
Check out these legs and feet!

Auntie Dawn and Amanda have been here taking such good care of us, and loving little Lincoln!
